Return and Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be unused and unconsumed, exactly as received.

The item must include all original tags or hygiene seals, along with any manuals and accessories that were initially provided.
⚠️ We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
We provide precise measurements in centimetres to help you choose the correct size.
As outlined in consumer protection laws, sellers are not legally required to offer exchanges for dissatisfaction related to colour, size, model, or similar reasons.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and issue a refund for the product and the original shipping cost.
